That's how one regular describes us, and we'll take it. Kites of the Harbor is the little toy shop at 75 Main Street in Sag Harbor — kites in the window, fidgets by the register, and shelves that change every week. Visitors kept asking if we could ship the game they didn't have room for in the car, so now we do. Every order goes out tracked with no price slip, and if a piece is missing we replace it, no argument.

How much is shipping?
$5.95 flat anywhere in the U.S., free on orders of $60 or more. Orders leave the shop in 1–2 business days and arrive 3–7 business days later with tracking. Or pick a free pickup at 75 Main Street.
Can I return a toy?
Yes — 30 days from delivery for unopened items in original packaging. Opened games, puzzles and plush can't be resold, so they're final sale unless faulty. Anything that arrives broken or missing a piece is replaced free, no need to send it back.
Are the age grades accurate?
Every product page shows the maker's age grade plus our own note. Toys marked 3+ contain small parts; 3D metal model kits are 14+ because of sharp edges. Not sure? Email us the child's age and we'll suggest something.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, free — add "gift wrap" in the order notes at checkout. We never include a price slip.
